Shipping Time: Once shipped, the estimated delivery time depends on your location and the courier service selected. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Delays: While we strive to meet our delivery estimates, we are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, customs, or other factors outside of our control. We will, however, make every effort to assist you in tracking your package and resolving any issues that may arise.

5. Damaged or Lost Shipments

Damage: If your package arrives damaged, please refuse the delivery if possible. If you accept the delivery, please take photos of the damaged packaging and product(s) and contact us immediately at info@avias.ca with your order number and the photos. We will initiate a claim with the courier and work with you to find a resolution, such as a replacement or refund.

Loss: If a package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, or if the tracking information shows no movement for an extended period, please contact us. We will initiate a lost package investigation with the courier to locate your order. Please note that these investigations can take several business days.
6. Customer Responsibilities and Legal Compliance

Accurate Information: You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not liable for packages that are lost or delayed due to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Any costs incurred for re-shipment due to an incorrect address will be the responsibility of the customer.

Consumer Protection: As an Ontario-based business, our shipping and sales practices are governed by the Consumer Protection Act, 2002. This includes, but is not limited to, the following rights:

Before you finalize an online purchase over $50, we must provide you with clear and accurate information about the total price, including all shipping, handling, and other charges.
